The Festival main stage, Children's Fiesta, and Mercado will be held at the Holland Civic Center. The World Arena Soccer Match will be held at Window on the Kollen Park.

  • How do I volunteer?

Volunteers should go to the International Festival of Holland Sign-Up Genius page to review the volunteer positions and time slots. Select the one(s) that interest you and sign up.  You'll get a confirmation email when you sign up. Updates and reminders will be sent prior to the festival.

  • What kinds of volunteer positions are there?

There are many volunteer positions for all preferences and skill sets. Each position is described at the Festival Sign-Up Genius LINK.

Here are some of the volunteer jobs:

    • Children's Fiesta volunteers
    • Mercado assistants
    • Set-up
    • Volunteer photographers
    • Distribute posters downtown and around the area

  • Where do I park?

There is ample, free parking at the Holland Civic Center.

  • When do I need to arrive for my shift?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your shift.

  • Where do I check-in?

Volunteers should check in at the Volunteer Desk in the Atrium of the Holland Civic Center.

  • Can my child accompany me on my shift?

Unfortunately, no. It is really important that all volunteers are focused first on the work they are doing for the Festival. We request that you make childcare arrangements for the times you will be on shift.

  • What do I need to wear when I volunteer?

Volunteers should dress comfortably and dress for the weather.  Volunteers vests will be available to designate all volunteers.  Vests can be picked up and returned to the Volunteer Check-In table in the Civic Center Atrium.

If your availability changes, please update your volunteer submission in the International Festival's Sign-Up Genius. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0449A8A72EA5F49-2023
